Process for Application 

1. You can view the property before applying. Please contact our office at 205-665-5556 to schedule a showing. 

2. We need SEPARATE APPLICATIONS for ANYONE living in the property 19 years old and older (Regardless of income status). 

3. You must create an account through Tenant Cloud.

4. You will need your 2 most recent paycheck stubs, or some form of proof for your income. 

5. You will need a picture of your drivers license.

6. Application fee is $60 and due upon completion. 

7. All houses and apartments require a security deposit equal to one months rent.
