Process for Application 

1. You can view the property before applying. Please contact our office at 205-665-5556 to schedule a showing. 

2. We need SEPREATE APPLICATIONS for ANYONE living in the property over the age of 19. 

3. You must create an account through Tenant Cloud.

4. You will need your 2 most recent paycheck stubs, or some form of proof for your income. 

5. You will need a picture of your drivers license.

6. Application fee is $45 and due upon completion.
