Self-storage units are rented on a monthly basis; however we do from time to time have specials that offer discounts for long term rental rates.

 

Current Self Storage Unit Specials:

 

No Deposit!

Auto pay enrollees pay no security deposit!  What this means is that we charge your credit or debit card on the first of every month and there is no security deposit.  It’s a win in more ways than one, this way you don’t have to remember to come in and pay every month! This special is valid on all size units.

 

Free Month Storage Rent:

For rentals of 6 months or longer we are currently offering a special of the 6th month free when you pay the first 5 months in advance.  This special is valid on all size units.

TWO Free Months Storage Rent:

For rentals of 12 months or longer we are currently offering a special for the 11th and 12th months free when you pay for 10 months in advance.  This special is valid on all size units.
